Bio: Meet Jane, she’s the symbol of the Denver Sports Jane’s. And there is nothing plain about this Jane. She’s the definitive team player and she plays by the rules. Her rules are simple - have a vision, believe in the vision, support your teammates and have fun. She believes any team that follows those rules is unstoppable.
Her vision is to create a great team in Denver. A team whose vision is to harness the power and talent of women in the leadership of Denver to support the Metro Denver Sports Commission, to finance the 2012 Women’s Final Four and to create an endowment to bring women’s sporting events to Denver.
Why? Jane believes that sports are good, good for Denver and good for women. The Women’s Final Four is just the start. It is the marquee women’s event in the country and the ideal foundation to build a lasting legacy of women’s sports in our community.
One great team moving in the same direction toward one clearly defined vision is simply golden. See no plain Jane.

Join the Denver Sports Jane’s!

For just $500 a year, being a Jane gets you:
Three to four fun events per year, like:
  • The Cougar Classic Golf Tournament: An annual golf tournament at the Colorado Golf Club where golf teams include 4 Jane’s and 1 Trophy Guy. The format is two best ball with one lowest net score and one person “hot” every hole. Jane’s will play free and Trophy Guys will pay to play.
  • Denver Sports Jane’s Top Ten Luncheon where the Top Ten Sports Hottie’s are announced every year. As selected by the Jane’s.
  • A first class trip to the Women’s Final Four in San Antonio, April 2010. Jane’s pay airfare and hotel, everything else is provided.
  • A Sleepover at the Sheraton. Jane’s spend the night at the Sheraton and activities include: manicures and pedicures, facials, movies, popcorn, wine.
The membership dues are used as follows:
  • 50% goes to pay for the Women’s Final Four in 2012
  • 25% goes to pay for the membership benefits and activation
  • 25% goes to fund an endowment to bid on women’s sporting events
